To achieve the 4th legislation triangle strategy of the government and the human resource development with quality standard as well as to success the educational policy together for the year 2015 under free study, meanwhile, Prah Reach Samphea High School is being improved the environment to make the school better and better from day to day preparing suitable place for the Sport, developing library with plenty of different kinds of book, Laboratory room , constructing a new resource building donated by the Ministry of Education and ADB with modern materials, organizing a vocational training course such as, Information Technology (IT) and house Keeping in order to follow up the need in the region, increasing research ability of the staffs so that they can get the new knowledge as well as changing the high school to be a researching place for all or can be called the Centre of seeding knowledge, attitude and good morality to become the real khmer children.
