The Arbitration Council Foundation

The Arbitration Council Foundation Resolving Labour Disputes in Cambodia ACF was established to provide technical and managerial services for the Arbitration Council (AC).

The Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) is a local, non-political, civil society organisation duly-registered in 2004 with the Ministry of Interior in Cambodia. The AC is an independent, national institution with quasi-judicial authority derived from the Labour Law of Cambodia. Established in 2003 with the support of the Ministry of Labour, employers and unions, the Arbitration Council is empowered to assist parties in resolving collective labour disputes in Cambodia.

ខេត្តកណ្តាល៖ នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មូលនិធិក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអាជ្ញាកណ្តាល បានសហការជាមួយរោងចក្រ Sunfair Garment Co., Ltd ផ្តល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលម៉ូឌុល១ លើប្រធានបទ "ការកសាងទំនាក់ទំនងការងារ" ជូនដល់តំណាងនិយោជក តំណាងកម្មករនិយោជិត និងប្រតិភូបុគ្គលិក សរុបចំនួន ១៥នាក់ (ស្រី១១នាក់)។

អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់បានយល់ច្បាស់ពីតួអង្គ និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវរបស់តួអង្គនីមួយៗក្នុងការកសាងទំនាក់ទំនងការងារល្អ និងរឹងមាំ និងបានបង្ហាញឥរិយាបថវិជ្ជមានក្នុងការកសាងបរិយាកាសការងារល្អសម្រាប់រោងចក្ររបស់ខ្លួន។

Kandal: On 29 May 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation, in collaboration with Sunfair Garment Co., Ltd., conducted Module 1 training on the topic of “Building Employment Relationships” for 15 participants, including 11 women, representing employers, workers, and shop steward.

All participants clearly understood the roles and responsibilities of each actor in building good and strong employment relationships, and demonstrated a positive attitude toward creating a healthy working environment for their factories.

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ សម្របសម្រួលដោយលោកស្រីអាជ្ញាកណ្ដាល អាន វីរៈ ជាសមាជិកនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអាជ្ញាកណ្តាល លោកស្រី គង់ សុវាចា មន្ត្រីលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអាជ្ញាកណ្ដាល និងកញ្ញា ប៉ាត អង មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ផ្នែកសេវាច្បាប់ នៃមូលនិធិក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអាជ្ញាកណ្ដាល។

តាមរយៈវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង និងបទពិសោធន៍ជាក់ស្ដែងក្នុងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទការងាររួម ក៍ដូចជា បច្ចេកទេសសំខាន់ៗក្នុងការរៀបចំសំណុំរឿង និងការបង្ហាញអង្គហេតុនៅក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអាជ្ញាកណ្ដាល។

Koh Kong: On 22 May 2026, the Arbitration Council Foundation in collaboration with Department of Labour, Vocational and Training in Koh Kong province had conducted a training on "AC Process and Case Preparation Techniques" for a total of 30 participants (12 women) including union and employer representatives from factories and officials of Koh Kong DoLVT.

This training was facilitated by Arbitrator Ann Vireak, a member of the Arbitration Council, Mrs. Kong Soveacha, officer of Secretariat of Arbitration Council and Ms. Path Orng, Senior Legal Officer of Arbitration Council Foundation.

Participants gained their knowledge and experiences related to collective dispute, case preparation technique and findings at Arbitration Council.
