India in Kyrgyzstan (Embassy of India, Bishkek)

Ambassador was the Chief Guest at the "Master Class on Robotics and New Technologies for Orthopaedic Surgeons" organized at IT Hub Technopark on 4 September by renowned Kyrgyz Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Sovetbek Kazakov and sponsored by Meril Life Sciences, a leading medical device manufacturer and member of Export Promotion Council of Medical Devices of India.

The program focused on advanced orthpaedic technologies including joint arthroplasty, robotic surgery using MISSO robotic system, technology demonstration, live surgical broadcasting and discussions on complex orthopaedic cases with renowned Indian Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. (Brig (Rtd).) Sandeep Sood.

The event organized immediately after visit of Hon'ble Prime Minister Modiji was reflective of ongoing joint collobrative programmes between our two friendly countries in the field of healthcare.
