CDF REMAINS ILLIGAL & BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBERY BY MPs
As long as we continue to allow MPs to pocket hundreds of millions in their pockets as CDF-NGAF or whatever name can be attributed to it - this country will continue to lag behind; education for our future and the future of our children will remain a mirage!
Why do I say this, the huge amount of money given to MPs as pocket money cm campaign funds could do a lot to transform our education sector and provide enough skills that this nation badly need to industrialize!
We have suggested over and again that this huge money should be consolidated and channeled to the right ministry to provide universal secondary, tertiary and university education to all without any form of discrimination. A considerable number of needy students are discriminated at the constituency level over flimsy and none existent political issues. The MPs are using this money as their campaign weapon against their competitors thus rendering other competitors worthless. Whether the MPs like it or not, this fund must still be declared illigal and directed to its right place. If CDF had been well thought of, today our children would be studying from primary to the university without any fees! Infact, no one would be camping at the MPs gate to seek financial assistance to pay for education.
We are demanding that this illigal payment to MPs must stop so that parliament remains only a place for legislation! We are currently having bad laws or none because instead of making good legislations, MPs are busy chasing CDF! Soon people will revolt if this matter is not addressed!
Just look at the random sample below and imagine what goes to all the constituecies in the country!
