But after putting down stringent measures for all able youths to register to vocational trainings to enrol as saloonists,plumbers electricians and fees to be catered for by CDF for those whose parents cannot afford school fees or rather they can not sponser themselves.

We need Babu Owino and more people like him for brilliant ideas on reducing the rate of uemployment in kenya.

A skilled youth is a powerful youth my people.Kenya is a country made up of youth at a bigger percentage and thus enlighting youths is enlighting kenya Hastening our Gross domestic Product.
