Education is often a difficult journey for many children, especially when school fees stand between a willing learner and the classroom. Today, one young man has finally received the chance to pursue the education he has long dreamed of.

Through the support of the Friends of Aspiring Senator Lapur Sylvia, he has been able to return to school and continue his studies. This is just one of the many lives Hon. Lapur Sylvia continues to uplift by opening doors of opportunity and hope for the young people of Turkana.
We also appreciate St. Stephen High School for accepting to admit him and giving him this opportunity.
To the young man, work hard and remember this chance — one day you too will rise and help others. May God bless everyone who made this possible.
