Today, I joined family and friends in Ngaini village, Nyeri County, to bid farewell to Mama Anne Mumbi Mwai.

Growing up with her children, I got to see the values she instilled in us; respect, kindness, humility, and hard work. The people they are today reflect the kind of mother she was.

As we laid her to rest, I reflected on the lives she touched through her love and guidance. May her soul rest in peace, and may her legacy live on through the family she raised.

My heartfelt condolences go to the families, friends, students, teachers, and the entire school fraternity during this painful moment. May God grant comfort to those grieving, healing to the injured, and strength to all affected.

Today, I joined family, friends, leaders, and the people of Muthuaini Village in Kieni Constituency to pay my last respects and condole with my brother Hon. Kanini Kega following the passing of his beloved mother, Mama Ann Nyatoro Ndung’u.

Mama Ann Nyatoro was a woman of great grace, strength, and wisdom whose legacy will continue to live on through the family and community she touched.
