A team from the Department of Water and Energy conducted an inspection of ongoing water projects at Ranen Comprehensive School, Ranen Conference, Otacho Comprehensive School and Siany Dispensary in Awendo Sub County.
The inspection team, led by Director John Ocholla together with the Sub County Water Officers, assessed the progress and implementation of the projects aimed at improving access to clean and safe water for institutions and residents in the area.

The Sub County is set to benefit from the implementation of new water projects alongside the rehabilitation of existing infrastructure aimed at improving access to clean and safe water for residents.

👉 Kang'ang'a

👉 Milimani Centre
👉 Bandera Tatu
👉 Kamadaga Centers

The Department is currently undertaking key water infrastructure improvements in South Kanyamkago Ward, Uriri Sub County.

The ongoing works include:
👉Rehabilitation of the Kolwal Line
👉Reconnection of the Koguda Spring rising main line to the storage tank
👉Construction of the Kolwal Water Kiosk
👉Repair of the Uriri Main Storage Tank

These projects aim to enhance water supply reliability, reduce water losses, and improve access to clean and safe water for residents of South Kanyamkago Ward.

After years of darkness, our Energy team led by Eng. Henry Indah has successfully restored the floodlight at Onyinjo in Ragana–Oruba Ward, Suna West Sub County.
