TRANSFERABLE SKILLS NEEDED BY TVET GRADUATE

1. Communication skills: Effective communication is essential in any professional setting. Professionals should be able to express their ideas clearly, listen actively, and communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

2. Leadership skills: Professionals should possess leadership qualities like the ability to inspire and motivate others, make informed decisions, delegate tasks, and manage projects effectively.

[STRESS AND REASONS] The professor gave two students two tasks, independently and asked to submit by the end of the week. The first student is a careless one, the second is a responsible and studious. While the first one didn't bother to submit the second ran from pillar to pole gathering material to complete the task. On the day of submission , as the clock was ticking, the first student was casual, the second was stressed.
The foundation for stress is, being responsible, being accountable, and time bound. It doesn't mean we should be casual in life. Because being responsible and accountable makes us integrated, sets us apart from primitive creatures. Now above that foundation of fertile soil , the 5 seeds for sprouting stress are ( Read everywhere, time running out and you being accountable).
1. When you attempt to do things for which you don't have the skill to do.
2. When you handle too many important things at a time( more than your capacity)
3. When you don't like to do what you do
4. When your mind is with fear of failure though capable
5. When your mind is confused after a pause in work and attempting to pull strings up.
Your aspirations must match your skills, or enhance skills before aspiring, learn to resonate with your body and mind, understand you can only do so much, learn to love what you do, organize yourself and be disciplined
