Babu: I will build two more dams. And this will be done through the cooperation agreement with the national government.

Eric Latiff: That is what Governor Sakaja Johnson did and increased additional 140m litres of waters to residents through the Northern Collector Tunnel project. Remember, it was through the cooperation agreement signed with the National Government that you said it was illegal.

Babu: That cooperation is illegal, balderdash, and immature.

Eric latiff: But you have just said that you intend to build two more dams through the same cooperation with the national government.

Babu: Latiff, do you know I have 5 degrees and 6 diplomas. A woman who leaves a man with a vision for a man with a television will soon watch a man with a vision in her husband's television.

According to an affidavit sworn by Beatrice Wangari, she met Dr. Obwaka in 2015, when he was 73 years old and she was 35.

On the day in question, Dr. Obwaka visited her at her apartment in kitengela. They spent time together, shared a meal, and later became intimate. After some time, he was found lying on the bed, unresponsive.

With the help of her neighbor, they called an ambulance and rushed him to Nairobi Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

At the time of his death, Dr. Obwaka was 83 years old, while Beatrice was 45. She is currently in custody awaiting postmortem results as investigations continue.

Career: Joined KPTC 1985 as tele-traffic engineer, rose to GM Technical Services. Led restructuring into Telkom, CCK, Postal Corp; coordinated Telkom privatization & telecom liberalization that enabled Safaricom.

IIEC commissioner: Introduced IT for voter registration/election results.

URP Secretary-General (2011-13). Jubilee chief agent (2013/2017 elections). Chief of Staff to DP Ruto pre-2022.

CS Energy & Petroleum: 2017-2022 (Uhuru), reappointed Sep 2022 (Ruto) until July 2024 dismissal amid protests. Reinstated Aug 8 2024 as CS Roads & Transport (current).

Oversees KeNHA, KeRRA, KURA, NTSA, KPA, KRC etc. Launched National E-Mobility Policy (Feb 2026).

There isn’t a luckier person than this guy here. He’s a very lucky boy. His name is Davis Chirchir. You’ll never hear him say anything. He’s the current CS for Transport. Before that, he was CS for Energy & Petroleum, he did nothing during his time, came up with no policy, no TV interviews no nothing.

In 2024, Ruto dismissed the entire cabinet, him too. He said nothing. He later was reinstated and this time moved to Roads & Transport Ministry, he has been in it doing nothing. Since 2025 till now, we have had very many fatal accidents, no one has seen him say a thing. He has never come up with any policy or anything for road safety, he doesn’t even go with the President to launch new roads. We recently had Matatu strike in Nairobi that paralyzed transport & vehicles were burnt, he said nothing.

We’re currently having floods in Nairobi and most parts, his ministry is directly responsible for the floods due to poor drainage in most major roads like jogoo road, Mombasa road, Thika road & some roads are impassable but he has said nothing.

He doesn’t go to TV interviews, even during cabinet meetings he says nothing.
