As planned earlier, Eng Kata Chiteri's Development team had moved in to *complete* the works on the rocky area part of Khananga-Bumamu road in Shinoyi Sub-location.

The road was stationed for completion 14/11/2022. As the team and the backhoe machine made advance to the site, a group of people believed to be hired for disruption stopped the machine.

The group was well prepared for chaos and bloodshed since they were armed with machetes. Eng. Kata team stood by its moral guidelines and retreated back.

The real residents who uses the road more often have come out to criticize the act blaming retrogressive group of leadership which is out to stop development from those with good will.

The ward administrator called and issued guidelines on what he thinks should be done for people to get development.

He went on to ask Eng. Kata to get approval before he does anything even outside his mandate. Now Eng. Kata has to get an approval before he goes to church before he buys food to the vulnerable, before he offers any support to the people.

*NOTICEABLY,* The incumbent MCA has been seen on social media praising the act and asking Eng to consult before doing any development.

*NOTWITHSTANDING*, It is with this regard that we would like to register the following to our people of Butsotso West that:

1: Eng. Kata Chiteri has been doing his work since 1994 and no day in his program has he been interrupted.

2: Eng. Kata has never wished to engage in retrogressive politics and he has nothing against anyone in the race to the 2022 politics.

3: Eng. Kata will continue with his development projects as long as the citizens of Esumeyia/Shikomari/Shinoyi Ward continue knocking his door with thousands of development request.

4: Eng. Kata will never ever be involved in actions depicting request for kickbacks. Any leader who want Eng Kata's financial support is open to meet him but not when he is doing his projects.

5: Legally, Eng. Kata doesn't need any approval from any officer to do a project but just a formal notification of what he is doing or about to do.

6: Eng. Kata's team will never propagate or enagge in violence in whatsoever ways...Eng. Kata has nothing to loose whether he wins the MCA seat or not and even if the results come out negative he will still support his people and bring development depending on his financial strength.

*THEREFORE,* Eng. Kata is determined to complete his projects and deliver on all of his promises to the people of Butsotso West.

*So, should Eng Kata stop all the projects he has started before he gets approval which he is not sure off???*

Health matters are very key to us human beings. Brighton Luhombo is now a step to recovery after Eng. Kata Chiteri came in to support him.

Well, maybe you don't know. Brighton Luhombo comes from Masinga village of Shinoyi Sub-location. He fell from a very tall eucalyptus tree at home. Ever since May 9, 2021, Brighton Luhombo has been suffering at home without any support.

Efforts to reach incumbent leaders to come in handy have fallen on deaf ears untill when Eng. Kata came to know about it two days ago and he has taken the initiative to support the family to the extent he can.

We pray that Brighton Luhombo gets better soon and continues with his education.

*Update if the ongoing projects*

Today we are happy to report that Eng. Kata has kept his promise in several ongoing projects.

All schools in the ward have received a second batch of sugar and milk from Eng Kata today. This include; Esumeyia, Eburenga, Ebutenje, Ebushibo, Mwikoli, Eshiyenga, Eshikhoni, Naluchira, Shinoyi, Shikomari, Shing'oto Bumamu and Bumangale.

On the other hand, Eng Kata's team has finalized on painting of Eburenga Primary School gate and now awaiting the artistic work which will mark the final phase of the project.

In addition, the ongoing construction of the water spring at Khananga in Shinoyi Sub-location has entered another phase today with a good amount of work being covered. We look forward to finalizing this projects as soon as possible to enable our people access service from there door steps.

A week after visiting Episcopal church of Ebutenje in Esumeyia Sub-location, Shinoyi/Shikomari/Esumeyia Ward, Eng Kata Chiteri has fulfilled his promise and refurbished the church to better current standards.

Eng. Kata is determined to ensure that no stone is left unturned in the whole ward. Now the christians of Episcopal church Ebutenje can serve the living God at humble better place.

Thanks be to our Eng. Kata for showing how to deliver for the people.

Eng Kata Chiteri started his charity work and development oriented programs in early 90's.

Eng has been able to help pupils and students survive and thrive in education.

Eng has also been able to help those he has met with different vulnerable families to the maximum he can afford.

Eng Kata is determined to ensure that the people of Shinoyi/Esumeyia/Shikomari ward receive better services to live a sustainable life.

In his move, Eng. Kata has been able to support schools in the word in one way or the other. Eng Kata also has supported housing by building semi permanent houses for the vulnerable in the community.

Eng Kata has also provided affordable home jikos in all the ward, a program he looks forward to doing it better if given a chance to serve at the helm of the county assembly.

Eng. Kata also made it possible for many closed roads ranging from Esumeyia, Shinoyi and Shikomari to ensure that roads are open and he is committed to doing it even much better. We say thank to Eng Kata for your support.

Today, Eng Kata Chiteri grazed the Esumeyia Cluster mock exam release event that was held at Esumeyia Primary School.

In his committo supporting Education, Eng. Kata has vowed to ensure that all academic affairs of the ward are attended to without failure.

Eng Kata also was keen on the results as they will guide his decision when it comes to next year bursary allocations that he has been giving to support vulnerable students across the entire Shinoyi/Shikomari/Esumeyia Ward. * *

The group agread to walk the talk and have a structured financial management. Eng Kata is committed to overseeing the groups grow ready to support them to his level best.
