Persons who receive following allowances need to submit a report of annual income, Shotoku Jokyo Todoke etc. Tokubetsu Shogaisha Teate (Special Disability Allowance for Specified Persons with Disabilities), Shogaiji Fukushi Teate (Welfare Allowance for Children with Disabilities), Keikateki Fukushi Teate (Transitional Welfare Allowance), Tokubetsu Jido Fuyo Teate (Special Child Rearing Allowance), and Zaitaku Judo Shogaisha Teate (Allowance for person staying home with severe disabilities). 市営住宅入居者募集

Expected day of move-in:
December 1 (Tue.)

Eligible applicants:
Persons who fulfill the following conditions
1) Persons who live or work in Toyokawa,
2) Persons who live or are planning to
live together with their family in Toyokawa,
3) Persons who are obviously facing financial difficulties to search for a house,
4) Persons who meet the income requirement,
5) Persons who do not belong to any crime syndicates,
6) For 3DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 2 persons or more (Also available for single person in some cases),
7) For 4DK housing, the residents have to be a family of 4 persons or more

Application:
From September 1 to September 14, bring an application form to the Building Division directly (North Bldg. 4F). Application form is available at the Building Division (It can be downloaded from the website.).

Lottery:
September 18 (Fri.) from 10:00 am at No.41 meeting room (Main
Bldg. 4F).

Others:
2 persons’ emergency contact number and the deposit of 3-month rent are required at the time of contract.
※2DK UENO Jutaku, and among 3DK Housing, AKASHIRO, TOYOKAWA, and TOBU A Jutaku are also available for single person (person aged 60 years and older, or person with disabilities etc.).

Issuance of “Toyokawa Vigorous Electronic Cheering Ticket” which ended on June 30 has resumed (“Electronic Gift Certificate with Premiums” has ended.). For details, please contact “Inarin Pay” Call Center (Tel: 050-8893-4188).

Application period:
Until October 31 (Sat.)

Eligibility:
Person with Basic Resident Register of Toyokawa city as of May 1, 2026 who has not applied by the end of June. If there are persons within the third- degree relative (such as children and the elderly not familiar with using a device) who have not registered yet, those who have done registration for “Inarin Pay” app can apply for them, too.

Others:
If you do not understand how to apply etc., support service is available at the counter. Please come to the city hall in the case. When you come, please bring your smartphone and ID such as My Number Card.
