-Announcement of Awarded Proposals-

We are very glad to inform you that the following individuals and teams are selected as winners of IASS 2016 Design Competition!!
More than two hundred individuals have made entries to the competition and more than fifty teams submitted their final proposals to the committee by the limit date. The competition was very tough. For the first step, each member of the jury has carefully reviewed and marked the all proposals. According to the result of this first screening the jury has extracted several selected proposals. Then the members of the jury has got together and went through further intensive discussion and finally selected the following five winning proposals.
The conferral will be taken place in the morning session on 27th(Tue), September, during IASS2016 at Tokyo!!

【入選作品の発表】

このたび，IASS構造デザインコンペの入選作品として，以下の5作品を選出いたしましまたので，お知らせいたします．
コンペは世界45ヶ国以上から284名の登録，57作品の応募がなされ，非常にハイレベルな作品が提出されました．審査は2段階形式で行い，予備審査(第1段階)では各審査員が個別に，全ての提案作品について多角的に採点をおこないました．予備審査の結果を踏まえ、上位作品について最終審査(第2段階)では，全員が一堂に会し(海外審査員はWeb会議システム)，多方面から協議を行ったうえで，最終的に以下の5作品を選出いたしました．
各入選作品の入選者には、IASS2016の会期中（9月27日午前：東京大学伊藤国際ホール）の表彰式において入選作品に関するプレゼンテーションを行う予定です．

The final meeting by all 5 juries was successfully held! The result of the competition will be individually informed by E-mail to submitted participants within a day.
In addition, we are planning to make a press release about the result. Further information will be announced soon.

-Some Important Information about the Submission-

Thank you very much for your continuous attention to our competition, namely "IASS 2016 Design Competition for Young Generation on New NationalStadium Japan".

We would like to inform you some important information about the submission.

First of all, as previously announced, the deadline has been extended, so every participants can replace your materials if you wants until May 15, 2016.

Materials are accepted until May 15 24:00:00 JST, 2016. Any materials which is past the deadline are not accepted. Even if you use the shipment transfer, this deadline is same (NOT POSTMARKED).

When you choose the electric transfer, if data is less than 20MB, please send directly to us. Otherwise(over 20MB), please use some public cloud service.

Owing to our late announcement, cover letters are not attached in some received materials. Please use the following cover letter format and send us by e-mail.

Now, we have been receiving a plenty of materials, and we will check in order of precedence. In addition, Japan is long holiday season in present, so shipment transfer system is delayed. When the materials are fine, we do send the confirmation mail, so please wait several days.
