🌸We held an Activity Report Session!🌸
We recently hosted the program’s Activity Report Sessions, where participants presented on what they have worked on and achieved over the past year.

【What we did at the Activity Report Session】
📌Activity Report
Presentations were made on the activities of the training course.
We had our foreign talents give presentations in Japanese about their impressions of what they learned from the course.
Each participant spoke confidently in their own words.✨
📌Meet-up Event
We held an event that facilitated discussion between local residents, businesses and employees of relevant institutions.
Attendees shared their questions and perspectives on topics of discussion that included having occasions for casual consultations and people to turn to for advice, as well as the opportunities for studying Japanese.
📌Completion Ceremony
We concluded the session with a ceremony, where our foreign resident participants were presented with certificates of completion.
A total of 15 participants from the western and eastern areas completed the training course. 🎓
We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all who took part, balancing the course with their work commitments.
We look forward to seeing the many ways in which each of you will serve as a bridge between local residents, international talent, and businesses in the region.🌸

🌸〈成果報告会（せいかほうこくかい）〉を開催（かいさい）しました！🌸
1年間(ねんかん)通（とお）してやってきたことを発表（はっぴょう）する「成果報告会（せいかほうこくかい）」を行（おこな）いました。
★今治市（いまばりし）吉海町（よしうみちょう）の成果報告会（せいかほうこくかい）
・日（ひ）にち：１月（がつ）９日（にち）（金曜日・きんようび）
・参加（さんか）した外国人材（がいこくじんざい）：２人（にん）
★新居浜市（にいはまし）、西条市（さいじょうし）の成果報告会（せいかほうこくかい）
・日（ひ）にち：２月（がつ）12日（にち）（木曜日・もくようび）
・参加（さんか）した外国人材（がいこくじんざい）：11人（にん）
【成果報告会（せいかほうこくかい）でしたこと】
📌活動報告（かつどうほうこく）
この講座（こうざ）でやってきたことを報告（ほうこく）しました。
外国人材（がいこくじんざい）の皆（みな）さんに、学（まな）んだ感想（かんそう）を日本語（にほんご）で発表（はっぴょう）してもらいました。
みなさん、自分（じぶん）の言葉（ことば）で自信（じしん）をもって話（はな）していました✨
📌交流会（こうりゅうかい）
地域（ちいき）の人（ひと）や企業（きぎょう）の人（ひと）、関係機関（かんけいきかん）の人（ひと）と話（はな）し合（あ）いをしました。
「気軽（きがる）に相談（そうだん）に乗（の）れる相手（あいて）や機会（きかい）」、「日本学習（にほんがくしゅう）の機会（きかい）」などについて話（はな）しました。
皆（みな）さんが聞（き）きたいことや自分（じぶん）の考（かんが）えを話（はな）しました。
📌修了式（しゅうりょうしき）
最後（さいご）に修了式（しゅうりょうしき）を行（おこな）い、外国人材（がいこくじんざい）の皆さん（みなさん）に修了証（しゅうりょうしょう）を渡（わた）しました💐
東部（とうぶ）と西部（せいぶ）をあわせて15名（めい）が養成講座（ようせいこうざ）を修了（しゅうりょう）しました🎓
みなさん、お仕事（しごと）と両立（りょうりつ）しながら、参加（さんか）してくれました。本当（ほんとう）にありがとうございました！
これから皆さん（みなさん）が、地域（ちいき）の人（ひと）や外国人材（がいこくじんざい）、企業（きぎょう）の間（あいだ）で、「橋渡し役（はしわたしやく）」になっていただくことを、心（こころ）から期待（きたい）しています🌸
