🛡️ Strengthening the Shield from Within 🛡️
This week, leaders from HHB “Lightning Battery,” 38th ADA BDE leaned into resilience and readiness during ACE-SI training, led by SSG Lindsey Rohr and MAJ Tsuyung Pan from our Unit Ministry Team.
ACE-SI—Ask, Care, Es**rt – Su***de Intervention—is more than a class. It’s a commitment to building a culture of trust, vigilance, and support across our formation. Through scenario-based discussions and practical tools, our leaders sharpened their ability to recognize warning signs and take decisive, compassionate action.
SSG Rohr and MAJ Pan brought both expertise and heart to the session, reminding us that leadership isn’t just about tactics—it’s about taking care of our people.
Together, we stand stronger. 💪
