Probably, this is a festival which everyone in the world has not experienced. It draws freely. It is a festival which enjoys freedom. They are those who want to express something,
those who want to promote work,
those who want to carry out daily practice,
those who want to do that it cannot do in school and to see, and a completely new festival that everybody becomes equal and enjoys.
