Feel the festival vibe in Fukuoka!
In preparation for July’s Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival, today, a promotional campaign was held across Fukuoka City today! 🎉

宣伝隊が賑やかに市内を巡りながら、
山笠リーフレットや特製うちわを配布✨
博多山笠音頭に合わせた息ぴったりの踊りも披露され、
街は一足早く、心地よい祭りムードに包まれています！

ぜひ7月に「博多祇園山笠」を現地で体感してみてください😊

【博多祇園山笠メイン行事スケジュール】
・7月1日～15日午前0時頃：飾り山笠公開
・7月12日：追い山笠馴らし
・7月13日：集団山笠見せ
・7月14日：流舁き
・7月15日：追い山笠

The promotional team toured the city, handing out Yamakasa leaflets and specially made cooling fans. ✨They also performed a synchronized dance to the Hakata Yamakasa Ondo, enveloping the streets in an early festival atmosphere.

大輪の芍薬が咲き始めて、公園がとっても華やかになっています✨💐
Large peonies have started blooming, making the park look absolutely stunning! ✨

舞鶴公園の「牡丹・芍薬園」では芍薬が咲き始めました🤩
まだつぼみもたくさんありますが、これから品種により花開いていく景色が楽しみですね📸

近くにある藤園の藤の花も、ぜひ一緒にチェックしてみてください🌿
今年は少し控えめですが、淡いパープルと新緑のコントラストが美しくて癒やされます。

福岡城エリアをお散歩しながら、春の香りに包まれてみませんか？☺️

The peonies have begun to bloom at the Peony Garden in Maizuru Park! 🤩
Some haven't bloomed quite yet, but it'll be exciting to see them unfurl their beautiful petals, one by one. 📸

Be sure to check out the wisteria blossoms at the nearby Wisteria Garden as well🌿
Although the wisteria blooms are a bit modest this year, the contrast between the pale purple flowers and the fresh green foliage is beautiful and soothing.

Why not take a stroll through the Fukuoka Castle area and immerse yourself in the scents of spring?☺️

福岡・大名の街角に巨大アートが出現！🎨✨
New street art has appeared in Fukuoka's Daimyo area🎨✨

中央区役所の横に、「花と緑」をテーマにしたアート作品が登場！💐

アーティスト・イフクカズヒコ氏による
大型アート作品『As you like』が展示されています！
高さ4m×幅7.8mの大きさに迫力がすごくて、
色鮮やかな壁面アートで街が明るくなってますね！📸

大名に行ったら絶対チェックしてみてね！🤩

A new flower and plant-themed installation has been unveiled right next to the Chuo Ward Office💐

This large piece was created by artist Ifuku Kazuhiko and is titled As You Like.
With a height of 4 meters and length of 7.8 meters it's an eye-catching piece with a lot of presence.
Thanks to this mural the street corner feels a lot more colorful. 📸

Check it out if you're heading to Daimyo!✨

🌸天神中央公園🌸天神の街中に優しい春の景色
🌸Tenjin Central Park🌸The cherry blossom scenery in Tenjin is gradually beginning to change

先日の強風で花びらが舞い、足元には春の名残。
桜の風景が少しずつ表情を変え始めました。
枝先には新しい葉の色が重なり、季節が次へ進んでいくのを感じますね🌱

新生活が始まったばかりのこの時期、
少し緊張しながら歩く街の中で、
天神中央公園の川沿いでは、変わらずゆったりとした時間が流れています☺️

街の真ん中で、ふと立ち止まり、
今の季節にしか出会えない景色に目を向ける。
そんな春の一場面が、ここにはありますね🌸🌱

After the strong winds the other day, fallen petals now mark the passing of spring, even as the new fresh green leaves begin to appear on the branches of the sakura trees.🌱

With spring representing a season of new beginnings, many plod about the city with anxieties relating to change fresh in their minds. In spite of these worries, time continues to flow gently and slowly by the river next to Tenjin Central Park.☺️

福岡の穴場お花見スポット🌸一本松川緑道🌸
A hidden gem cherry blossom viewing spot in Fukuoka🌸 Ipponmatsukawa Ryokudo 🌸

桜並木のトンネルを歩いているように、のんびりとお花見を楽しめます☺️
水面に浮かぶ花びらは幻想的で、どこを切り取っても映画のような春景色！

今週以降は桜吹雪も楽しめるかもしれませんね🌸
