مؤسسة التدريب المهني تنظّم أول يوم وظيفي متخصص بقطاع السياحة والفندقة في عمّان
يوم وظيفي نوعي يجسد رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي في دعم القطاعات الواعدة
في إطار دعم مسار رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي، التي تركز على تعزيز فرص العمل في القطاعات الواعدة، وبخاصة السياحة والفندقة، تواصل مؤسسة التدريب المهني دورها في تمكين الشباب وربطهم مباشرة بسوق العمل من خلال فعاليات نوعية تُسهم في توفير فرص تشغيل حقيقية لخريجيها، حيث نظّمت مؤسسة التدريب المهني من خلال وحدة دعم التشغيل في الأكاديمية الأردنية للسياحة والفندقة، أول معرض وظيفي متخصص بقطاع السياحة والفندقة في محافظة العاصمة عمّان من الساعة العاشرة صباحًا ولغاية الثانية ظهرًا.
ويهدف هذا اليوم الوظيفي إلى تعزيز فرص التشغيل لخريجي المؤسسة من خلال إتاحة الفرصة لهم للتواصل المباشر مع منشآت القطاع السياحي والفندقي وتقديم طلبات التوظيف الفورية، بما يسهم في توجيههم نحو سوق العمل والحد من معدلات البطالة عبر توفير وظائف حقيقية في أحد أهم القطاعات الحيوية في الأردن. ويأتي تنظيم هذا اليوم امتدادًا لجهود المؤسسة في تطوير برامجها التدريبية بالشراكة مع القطاع الخاص لضمان مواءمتها لاحتياجات سوق العمل الفعلية، إذ لا تقتصر هذه الشراكات على تحديث المحتوى التدريبي، بل تفتح أيضًا مسارات تشغيل مباشرة للخريجين، وهو ما يعكسه هذا المعرض من خلال توفير فرص عمل في منشآت رائدة ضمن قطاعي السياحة والفندقة.
أكثر من 200 فرصة عمل و20 منشأة مشاركة
شهد اليوم الوظيفي مشاركة واسعة من الشركات والمنشآت العاملة في قطاع السياحة والفندقة، والتي ستوفر أكثر من 200 فرصة عمل لخريجي برامج فنون الطهي، والخدمة الفندقية، والسياحية.

وأكدت مؤسسة التدريب المهني أن هذا اليوم الوظيفي يأتي ضمن سلسلة من الأيام الوظيفية التي ستقيمها في جميع محافظات المملكة، بهدف تعزيز فرص التشغيل الحقيقية أمام خريجيها، والتأكد من مواءمة برامجها التدريبية لاحتياجات سوق العمل، مشيرة إلى أن هذه السلسلة لن تقتصر على قطاع السياحة والفندقة فحسب، بل ستشمل مختلف القطاعات المهنية التي تغطيها برامج المؤسسة، بما يعزز من فرص التشغيل في كافة المجالات.
وأضافت المؤسسة أن الشراكة مع القطاعين العام والخاص تُعدّ عنصرًا محوريًا في تحقيق رؤيتها الهادفة إلى تسليح الشباب بالمهارات المهنية المطلوبة وربطهم مباشرة بأصحاب العمل، فهذه الشراكات تمكّن المؤسسة من توفير تدريب عملي داخل المنشآت المختلفة، وتحديث برامجها لتتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل، إضافة إلى فتح قنوات تشغيل فعّالة عبر الأيام الوظيفية والمعارض المتخصصة. ويسهم هذا التكامل في تعزيز جاهزية الخريجين وتمكينهم اقتصاديًا، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على توفير فرص عمل مستدامة والحدّ من معدلات البطالة بين الشباب.
ودعت المؤسسة جميع خريجيها في برامج السياحة والفندقة إلى الاستفادة من هذا اليوم الوظيفي وما يتيحه من فرص، مؤكدة استمرارها في تنفيذ فعاليات مماثلة خلال الفترة المقبلة، لتشمل مختلف القطاعات المهنية وجميع المحافظات.

A Unique Employment Event that Reflects the Economic Modernization Vision Supporting Promising Sectors
In support of the Economic Modernization Vision, which focuses on enhancing employment opportunities in promising sectors—particularly tourism and hospitality—the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) continues its role in empowering youth and connecting them directly to the labor market through impactful initiatives that contribute to providing real job opportunities for its graduates. The Corporation, through the Employment Support Unit at the Jordan Academy for Tourism and Hospitality, organized the first specialized career fair in the tourism and hospitality sector in the capital, Amman, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
This career day aims to enhance employment opportunities for VTC graduates by enabling direct communication with companies in the tourism and hospitality sectors, allowing them to submit job applications on the spot. The initiative supports youth integration into the labor market and contributes to reducing unemployment by providing real job opportunities within one of Jordan’s key economic sectors. The event also reflects the Corporation’s continuous efforts to develop its training programs in partnership with the private sector to ensure alignment with actual labor market needs. These partnerships extend beyond updating training curricula to opening direct employment pathways for graduates, as seen in this fair through the availability of vacancies in leading tourism and hospitality establishments.

The Vocational Training Corporation affirmed that this career day is part of a series of similar employment events that will be implemented across all governorates of the Kingdom, with the aim of enhancing real employment opportunities for its graduates and ensuring that training programs remain aligned with labor market demands. The Corporation noted that this series will not be limited to the tourism and hospitality sector alone but will extend to all professional fields covered by its programs to expand employment opportunities across various industries.
The Corporation also emphasized that partnerships with both public and private sectors are a key element in achieving its vision of equipping youth with essential vocational skills and linking them directly with employers. These partnerships enable practical training within institutions, continuous program development to meet market needs, and effective employment channels through specialized fairs and career events. This integrated approach enhances graduate readiness, supports economic empowerment, and contributes positively to sustainable job creation and reducing unemployment among youth.
Finally, the Corporation invited all graduates of tourism and hospitality programs to make use of the opportunities offered during this career day, confirming its ongoing efforts to organize similar events in the near future to cover various professional sectors and governorates across the Kingdom.
