🚧TRAFFIC ADVISORY | MONTEGO BAY

Motorists are being advised of a detour along Dr. Horace Chang Boulevard to facilitate ongoing works on the Montego Bay Perimeter Road Project.

Traffic is being diverted via Ironshore Industrial Road, on the western side of the Montego Bay Perimeter Road, to Ironshore Avenue.

Motorists travelling through the area are encouraged to exercise caution, observe all posted signs and directions, and review the advisory for details on the alternative route.

The Montego Bay Bypass is more than a stretch of road.

At approximately 15 KM, it forms part of the Montego Bay Perimeter Road Project.

Efforts are ongoing to ease congestion and improve traffic flow at the Mammee Bay Toll Plaza.

NROCC, in collaboration with the Jamaica North South Highway Company, is supporting the addition of two lanes and toll booths to help better serve motorists using the route.

Personnel are working throughout to ensure the roadway is ready for the weekend, and we remain committed to improving the travel experience for all road users.
