On 05.04.2026 Train no. 13352 Allepey-Dhanbad express a passenger approached on duty Ticket checking staff Smt. G. Jyothi TTI/Amenities/BZA, informed about a pregnant lady was suffering from labour pains in B1 coach. As the TTI was Civil Defence Volunteer she immediately gave assistance for the pregnant lady and baby girl was delivered in the train itself. Both mother and new born baby were safe and shifted to yelamanchili hospital.

Our another Civil Defence Volunteer K. Jagga Raju, Tech-1, SSE/TRD/AKP helped in shifting the pregnant lady from train to ambulance with the help of a stretcher.
