✨ **An Enlightening Visit to Poclain Hydraulics** ✨

We, the students of the Department of Social Work at Pondicherry University, had the opportunity to visit the Poclain Hydraulics manufacturing facility. During our visit, we attended an insightful session on the "Role of HR & Its Challenges."

A brief history of Poclain Hydraulics revealed the company’s remarkable resilience, having survived two world wars, the Great Depression, and four economic recessions.

The HR session was particularly enlightening, as real-life examples helped us gain a deeper understanding of the critical role HR plays in organizations. Many of us left the session feeling reassured and excited about our choice to pursue a career in HR.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Poclain Hydraulics who made this visit possible and guided us through this enriching experience! 🌟
