“Waves of Fellowship, Memories for Life”–District 307 in Srilanka

During the District 307 Excursion to Sri Lanka from 19th to 24th May 2026, a service project was undertaken at Visakha Children Home, Kaluthara, an orphanage for girls.
A delegation of 32 Inner Wheel members led by District Chairman Priti Khajuria and District ISO Dr. Seema Rajan, representing IWC Udhampur, IWC Phagwara, IWC Jalandhar, IWC Jammu New Gen, and IWC Jammu Sampark, visited the home and donated 50 chairs along with dry ration for one week.
The visit was an emotional and memorable experience, bringing smiles to the children and strengthening the spirit of service and fellowship. The project was excellently coordinated by District Chairman Hasithani Fernando and District ISO Amal of District 322, Sri Lanka, whose warm hospitality and meticulous arrangements made the visit truly meaningful.
