Rajasthan Bal Kalyan Samiti is acronym for RBKS initiated by visionary Pandit Jeevat Ram Sharma. Finally in 1981 Pandit Ji decides to give it formal shape to reach more needy children and Rajasthan Bal Kalyan Samiti get registered. ach to providing education to 15500 children in form of 24 schools, 12 colleges, Early childhood care and Development Centre, Balwadi 460 children are living in Children's Home. RBKS UK relationship initiates in 1997 when we first got introduction to Wells for India, and they agreed to support 50 tribal families for creating access to irrigation. Later Educate for Life, Paul Hamlyn Foundation supported for tribal children Education. Sharma Director and General Secretary of RBKS have good relationship with Mr. Ashok verma and Rtd. Honourable Baroness Sandip verma since 2006. In 2012 January they visited RBKS first time and this visit become foundation of RBKS UK office concept. Series of discussion held with RBKS management and Mr. Ashok Verma to explore how these children get support. Finally it concluded that RBKS UK chapter will established to support poor needy children through sponsorship. It was a great moment came on 21st November, 2012 when RBKS UK chapter launched at River side room, House of Lord London. The chapter inaugurated by Rtd. Honourable Baroness Sandip Verma in the presence of RBKS UK chapter patrons, Bord member and other distinguished guests. Amar Singh, MP, Ms. Jayaparda MP were special distinguished guest for office inauguration. Honarable Baroness Verma addressed all guest which followed by Mr. Sharma, Mr. Amar Singh, Ms. Jayaprada, Professor Mary Grey and Mr. Ashok Verma's address note. On 29th December 2012 with the support of RBKS UK office " HANSRAJ CHILDREN'S HOME" inaugurated by Baroness Sandip Verma and Mr. Ashok Verma. Children Home is named in the Name of Mr. Ashok Verma's father and father in law of Baroness verma. Presently 70 girls are getting education with sponsor's support. 30girls are residing at " Hansraj Children Home", Udaipur and 40 girls are at education Complex, Jhadol. Hansraj Children Home is providing free residential education to the girl child who are orphan, Semi orphan. The home is situated in Dewali Village District of Udaipur.
