Dr Peerzada Mehrajudin Coordinator JKNC lashes out at Congress Party in Tral over manufactured propaganda against JKNC in Tral.

We strongly condemn and reject the misleading, ill-conceived, and politically motivated propaganda being circulated through certain social media platforms and pages in Tral, portraying the alleged joining of a few individuals into the Congress Party as a "serious jolt" to the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference (JKNC).
Such claims are far removed from the ground reality and are clearly aimed at creating a false narrative regarding the political strength and public support enjoyed by JKNC in Tral. The National Conference remains a strong, vibrant, and deeply rooted political force in the constituency, enjoying the unwavering trust and confidence of the people.
We also express serious concern over the conduct of the Congress Party in Tral in projecting certain individuals as JKNC workers joining the INC. Even assuming such claims to be true, publicly showcasing members of an alliance partner without prior consultation is contrary to the spirit of coordination, mutual respect, and political ethics that should govern alliance politics.
It must be made abundantly clear that such propaganda campaigns cannot weaken JKNC in Tral. On the contrary, these desperate attempts only strengthen the resolve, unity, and commitment of our party cadre. JKNC remains fully capable of responding to any situation in a manner that safeguards and further consolidates its organisational strength and political interests.
The fact remains that the growing public outreach initiatives of JKNC and the overwhelming support the party continues to receive from the people have generated visible political discomfort among the Congress Party and other opposition groups. These propaganda exercises are therefore a reflection of that unease rather than any actual shift in the political landscape.
We urge the top leadership of the party to take cognisance of these manufactured narratives aimed at defaming and undermining a party that has withstood numerous trials and tribulations over the decades and continues to emerge stronger with the support of the people.
