Vidhai VidhaipOm Vidhai vidhaipom is a group of few people who have taken an initiative in the literal and not so literal sense to sow seeds and grow more plants/trees.

Vidhai vidhaipom (Let’s sow seeds) is a group of few people who have taken an initiative in the literal sense to sow seeds and grow more plants/trees and also in the figurative sense of sowing seeds to make the world around us a better place. Currently we are focusing on making seed balls in schools as a measure to help reforestation and also to teach the children the importance of growing trees a

nd plants. We are also interested in working with government schools and helping them with what they need most and some of the ideas are helping them with a library set up and/or setting up an eco-garden where they have the space. We are picking up one project at a time and pool in our resources and volunteers who help based on their availability for each project.

Today we had our seed ball making event in Sevalaya where Mr.Arivarasan took a session on seed ball making, the importance of organic farming and afforestation. Nearly 150 children and few adults, including teachers and a few women who are involved in agriculture also participated in the session. Apart from this Mr,Arivarasan demonstrated 2 small science experiments about air and fire. After which the students made 300 seed balls today. with Dhara Keswari,

Today we had our seed ball making event in Sevalaya where Mr.Arivarasan took a session on seed ball making, the importance of organic farming and afforestation.
