Repeal the Places of Worship (Special Provisions Act) which resulted in legalising the masjids which were actually destroyed mandirs and denying Hindu claim over our mandirs

2. Archaeological Survey of India should undertake restoration works of all temples which is now in ruins and allow worship by Hindus at these temples.

3. Rebuild and renovate all the destroyed Hindu temples of Bharatvarsha.



4. Muslims handover all the masjids that were built on destroyed temples or has been converted from a Hindu mandir.

5. Pass legislation in Parliament that will enable the management of Hindu temples in a democratic manner. This act will override the HRCE Act in various states.

6. The land and wealth of the temple be restored. In many states temple properties and land is stolen and encroached.
