The workshop on Career Development and NCS Registration initiated and conducted by Dr.S.Premanand,NCS and Team of MCC, Tirupati. Though good attendance was there by PG and UG students, the involvement was luster.The workshop introduction done by Dr. Shanthi, Assistant Professor, SVIMS, College of Physiotherapy, Tirupati. The workshop on NCS Awareness and Benefits for the Jobseekers is a part of a comprehensive approach to increase the need of hour for Current Jobseekers in SVIMS, College of Physiotherapy, Tirupati. Such approach is meet to help the Job seekers registration, understanding the clear path of their carer development and ice breakers would heal them from the internal confusion. The main objective of the workshop to make the jobseekers to utilise the NCS Service for their better career opportunities.The long term expected result of the workshop is to enhance good service practices for the Jobseekers, Employers and Local Service Providers. During the workshop 147 Participants Career from PG and UG students of SVIMS, College of Physiotherapy, Tirupati.

2. Registration of all the Jobseekers on NCS Portal
3. Features and Advantages of using NCS Portal
4. Career Development Programme
5. Discussion with Participant about the Job Classification and mapping their interest into their dream role.
The purpose of a Career Development Plan is to assist employees in achieving their goals. In doing so, an organization also increases the likelihood of retaining jobseekers, because jobseekers recognize that faculty have helped jobseekers achieve their career goals within the organization, rather than jobseekers believing they need to leave to pursue these goals somewhere else. The Career Development Plan also helps jobseekers set realistic expectations of career growth by suggesting time frames for certain milestones to happen (like promotions) and identifying areas that employees need to develop before becoming eligible for their next career milestone. Note, too, that Career Development Plans are just plans; they do not represent career commitments to the employee nor the Management/Faculty. Career professionals can offer it to managers as a way to encourage the development of those they supervise. Used appropriately, it can help the manager focus on supporting employees in gaining new skills, while adding value to their organizations. It also helps employees stay on track and move forward in their careers.
