ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨਜ਼ ਜੱਜ-ਕਮ-ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ, ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਕੰਵਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਦੇ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ- ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤਹਿਤ ਅੱਜ ਜੁਡੀਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਕੋਰਟ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ, ਪੱਟੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਫਟੀ ਵਰਤਣ ਅਤੇ ਅੱਗ ਬੁਝਾਉਣੀ ਦੀ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਤਰਨ ਤਾਰਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ ਇਸ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਵਿਚ ਬਾਰ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ ਪੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕਵਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਠ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧ-ਚੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਪੰਜਾਬ ਫਾਇਰ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਦੀ ਸਤੀਸ਼ ਸਲਵਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਫਾਇਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ, ਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਵਿਸ਼ਵਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ, ਸੁਖਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਮਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਸਨ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਫਾਇਰ ਸੇਫਟੀ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਮੌਕ ਡਰਿੱਲ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਫਾਇਰ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੱਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕਿਸਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅੱਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰਪੂਰਵਕ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸਮਝਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਲਾਸ ਏ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਕੜ, ਕਾਗਜ਼, ਕੱਪੜਾ, ਰਬੜ ਅਤੇ ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਆਮ ਜਲਣਸ਼ੀਲ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕਲਾਸ ਬੀ ਅੱਗ ਪੈਟਰੋਲ, ਡੀਜ਼ਲ, ਤੇਲ, ਪੇਂਟ ਅਤੇ ਰਸਾਇਣਕ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਜਲਣਸ਼ੀਲ ਤਰਲ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕਲਾਸ ਸੀ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਲ.ਪੀ.ਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਪੇਨ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਜਲਣਸ਼ੀਲ ਗੈਸਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕਲਾਸ ਡੀ ਅੱਗ ਮੈਗਨੀਸ਼ੀਅਮ, ਸੋਡੀਅਮ ਅਤੇ ਐਲੂਮੀਨੀਅਮ ਪਾਊਡਰ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਧਾਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਕਲਾਸ ਈ ਅੱਗ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਉਪਕਰਣਾਂ, ਇਲੈਕਟ੍ਰੀਕਲ ਐਪਲਾਇੰਸਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਰਟ ਸਰਕਿਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹਰ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਅੱਗ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਬੂ ਪਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਰਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰੋਟੋਕੋਲਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਫੋਰਮ ਫਾਇਰ ਐਕਸਟਿੰਗੂਇਸ਼ਰ, ਕਾਰਬਨ ਫਾਇਰ ਐਕਸਟਿੰਗੂਇਸ਼ਰ, ਡਰਾਈ ਕੈਮੀਕਲ ਪਾਊਡਰ ਐਕਸਟਿੰਗੂਇਸ਼ਰ ਦੀ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸੀ ਸਥਿਤੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੈਕਟੀਕਲ ਡੈਮੋ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ (ਆਰ.ਏ.ਸੀ.ਈ) ਅਤੇ (ਪੀ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ) ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਅੱਗ ਲਗਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ (ਆਰ.ਏ.ਸੀ.ਈ) ਵਿਧੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਬਚਾਓ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਲਾਰਮ ਵਜਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ, ਖਿੜਕੀ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਬੰਦ ਰੱਖਣੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਣਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰਾਂ ਹੀ (ਪੀ.ਏ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ) ਵਿਧੀ ਅਧੀਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਗ ਬਝਾਊ ਯੰਤਰ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਪਿੰਨ ਕੱਢਣੀ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਅੱਗ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਸੇ-ਪਾਸੇ ਘੁੰਮਾ ਕੇ ਛਿੜਕਾਅ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਫਾਇਰ ਸਰਵਿਸ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿਫਟ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪੌੜੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅੱਗ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੀ ਸੂਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ 101 ਐਮਰਜੈਂਸ਼ੀ ਨੰਬਰਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਪਰ ਦੱਸੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਅੱਗ ਨੂੰ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕ ਸਥਾਨ 'ਤੇ ਇੱਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗ ਸਕੇ ਕਿ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹੜਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਰਹਿ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਉਪਕਰਨ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਹੋਣ 'ਤੇ ਉਪਕਰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਆਖਿਆ।

Fire safety training session conducted at Judicial Court Complex Patti
Tarn Taran, May 30 :
A fire safety training session and mock drill for the staff working in the Judicial Court Complex, Patti was conducted today i.e. on 30.05.2026 with an objective to create awareness amongst the officers/officials and staff members regarding fire prevention measures and to enable them to effectively deal with emergency situations relating to fire incidents. The said programme was organized under the able guidance of Shri Kanwaljeet Singh Bajwa, Learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran in association with the District Legal Services Authority, Tarn Taran. Members of the Bar Association, Patti headed under the chairmanship of Sh.Kawaljit Singh Bath, President, also joined the said programme and actively participated in the training session. During the programme, the staff members as well as members of the Bar Association were imparted practical training regarding the proper use and operation of different types of fire extinguishers and were made aware regarding the precautionary measures to be adopted during fire emergencies. The mock drill and practical training session was conducted by Shri Satish Salwan from the District Fire Department along with Sh. Satpal Singh,Shri Ramandeep Singh, Shri Vishavdeep Singh , Shri Sukhdev Singh, Shri Komaljit Singh . During the training session, detailed information was provided regarding different categories of fire and the methods required for controlling such fire incidents. It was explained that Class A fire includes fire caused by ordinary combustible materials such as wood, paper, cloth, rubber and plastics; Class B fire relates to flammable liquids such as petrol, diesel, oil, paints and chemicals; Class C fire involves inflammable gases including LPG and propane gas; Class D fire pertains to combustible metals such as magnesium, sodium and aluminium powder; whereas Class E fire relates to electrical equipment, electrical appliances and short-circuit related incidents. The officials further explained the different methods and safety protocols required for controlling each category of fire and also demonstrated the practical use of Foam Fire Extinguishers, CO₂ Fire Extinguishers and Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguishers in different emergency situations. The participants were also sensitized regarding immediate evacuation procedures, emergency response techniques and the importance of timely action during fire incidents. The entire programme proved to be highly informative, practical and beneficial for the staff members of the Judicial Court Complex as well as the members of the Bar Association, Patti.
