BJP Jammu & Kashmir Kisan Morcha organized a Plantation Drive under the Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" campaign along with a Workers' Meeting in District Pulwama as part of the nationwide outreach campaign commemorating 12 Years of Seva, Sushasan and Garib Kalyan under the visionary leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from party leaders, office bearers and dedicated workers. Speakers highlighted the transformative achievements of the Government over the past twelve years and emphasized the importance of environmental conservation, sustainable development and Natural Farming for the welfare and prosperity of farmers.
The programme was held under the leadership of State Vice President BJP Kisan Morcha Imtayaz Ahmad Dar, State Social Media In-Charge BJP Kisan Morcha Uzair Nisar Dahal, Mann Ki Baat In-Charge Kashmir Province Kisan Morcha Suhaib Ayoub Bandh, Sah Prabhari South Kashmir Kisan Morcha Dr. Hussain, and District President kisan Morcha Pulwama Raj Mohmad Wani, along with party office bearers and workers.
Addressing the gathering, the speakers encouraged farmers to adopt Natural Farming practices, highlighting their benefits in improving soil health, reducing cultivation costs, enhancing productivity and ensuring sustainable agricultural growth. They also stressed the importance of protecting and nurturing planted saplings, recognizing their vital role in preserving the environment for future generations.
The plantation drive reflected the collective commitment of BJP Kisan Morcha towards building a greener, cleaner and environmentally conscious future while promoting sustainable rural development and safeguarding the interests of farmers.
