This smile tells a story.
A story of relief, resistance, and resilience.
When the railway line project was halted by the Central / Union Railway Ministry, it wasn’t just a project that stopped —
fear stopped, uncertainty stopped, and destruction paused.
Today, Kashmir’s apple orchards bloom again.
Farmers return to their trees.
Hands pack apples instead of losing land.
Faces reflect hope instead of helplessness.
These orchards are not just trees —
they are livelihoods, heritage, and generations of hard work.
Development must not come at the cost of survival.
Progress should protect people, not uproot them.
This is not celebration against development —
this is a celebration for life, land, and dignity.
Let Kashmir breathe. Let farmers live. Let orchards bloom.
