TAARE SOCIAL Online is a FREE Online Recreation Platform for Seniors / Older Adults.

​Where Seniors can interact with like-minded peers, enjoy hours of carefree interactions, fun activities and stimulating games, helped along with our TAARE SOCIAL Team. Our Free daily programs are designed to help our Seniors improve their physical health, through a mix of daily exercises as well as pertinent kn

owledge Sessions. More importantly, our daily Programs are designed to exercise both the creative and the logical mind of our Older Adults. Programs allow social interaction and also help the Seniors in exercising their minds and generate a sense of achievement and happiness

We begin with light exercise and meditation, to improve physical fitness and keep us healthy, and allowing you to take a few minutes to relax and calm your mind. Fun programs follow daily, ranging from Live Musical Programs, Housie with a twist, Quizzes and challenges, Antakshari, Art and craft, , pertinent knowledge sessions and many more, arranged on Zoom video calls. Our sessions are a mix of English and Hindi. 650+ sessions have been done so far
