We are saddened and heartbroken to hear of the passing of Mallika Haripal, beloved wife of the eminent Sambalpuri folk singer, Padma Shri Dr. Jitendra Haripal.

We pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul and extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved family. May Maa Samaleswari grant them immense strength and courage in this hour of grief.

Deeply saddened by the passing of the highly respected Dr. Raseswari Panigrahi madam. A brilliant helpful doctor, an educator and above all a great human being loved and respected by all her departure leaves a void that cannot be filled. We pray for strength for her family and the countless individuals she inspired.

We are thrilled to share highlights from the energetic 3-Match Kabaddi Series organized by the Rotary Club of Sambalpur Greater under the Spardha Program of Rotary District 3261.
Held at Anamika Club on February 6th, the event saw a spirited clash between the girls of Shrimati Dutika Sahu Girls High School and Gopalmal Government Upper Primary School. Both teams were brilliantly led by their respective Interact Clubs.
🎉 The Result: After a thrilling display of strength and strategy, Shrimati Dutika Sahu Girls High School emerged as the Champions of the series!
A huge round of applause for all the young athletes for their sportsmanship. 🙌

On 16th Aug 2025 Rotary Club of Sambalpur Greater was invited for counselling program for children and parents of SDS Govt High School on topic "Reasons and Remedies for children not attending schools regularly inspite of all facilities being provided by the Government". Addiction to mobile, Addiction to drug,child trafficking,effects of digital and AI ,role of parents among other topics.Our members took this call and successfully conducted the same under Chairperson Rtn Laxmipriya Pradhan.
