Job Summary: The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience and theoretical and practicle knowledge in electric vehicle (EV) technology. They will be responsible for training students and professionals in the maintenance, repair, and retrofitting of electric vehicles. This role requires a passion for teaching and a commitment to advancing the EV industry. Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on electric vehicle systems, including battery management, motor control, and charging infrastructure. • Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest advancements in EV technology. • Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical exercises to ensure trainees gain practical skills. • Evaluate trainees' performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback. • Maintain training equipment and ensure all tools and materials are in good working condition. • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the training program. • Collaborate with industry experts and institutions to enhance the training curriculum. • Involved in Training Centre activities like Mobilization and Placement. Qualifications Required • Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. • Certification in Electric Vehicle Technology or relevant experience in the EV industry. • Strong understanding of electric vehicle systems, including battery management systems, electric motors, and charging infrastructure. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. • Hands-on experience with EV maintenance, repair, and retrofitting. • Passion for teaching and mentoring students and professionals. • Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology.
