હીંચ નૃત્ય એ ભાલપ્રદેશ અને કાઠીયાવાડમાં ખૂબ જ લોકપ્રિય નૃત્ય છે. આ નૃત્ય ખાસ કરીને શુભ પ્રસંગો જેમ કે સીમંત, લગ્ન કે જનોઈ દરમિયાન રાંદલ માતાને તેડવા માટે રજૂ કરવામાં આવે છે.

આ નૃત્યમાં, સ્ત્રીઓ રાંદલ માતાનું જ્યાં સ્થાપન કરવામાં આવ્યું હોય ત્યાં ભેગા થઈને તેમની ફરતે રાંદલ મા ની સ્તુતિ કરતાં 'હીંચ' લે છે અથવા 'હમચી ખૂંદે' છે. આ કારણે જ આ નૃત્યને 'હમચી નૃત્ય' નામ પણ મળ્યું છે.

ભાલ પ્રદેશમાં, 'ગાગર હીંચ' નૃત્ય ખાસ પ્રચલિત છે. લગ્ન પ્રસંગ દરમિયાન, ઢોલના તાલબદ્ધ સંગીત સાથે ગાગર હીંચ રજૂ કરવામાં આવે છે.
