Maa Shailaputri (शैलपुत्री) is the first Navadurga venerated during the first day of Navratri and is a reincarnation of Goddess Sati. She is the daughter of the Mountain King Himavat and is a manifestation of the Hindu Mother Goddess, Maa Durga. She is also known as Goddess Parvati.
She is the Goddess who's Free as Air, Adaptive as Water, Fierce as Fire, Compassionate & Nurturance as Earth, and Serene as Space.

Respect all women around you before worshiping Maa Durga. Respect, kindness and honesty are some of the best offerings you can offer to Goddess Durga.

On 23rd March, the day remembered as Shaheed Diwas, the members of Utthan Charitable Trust paid tributes to the brave freedom fighters who laid their lives for India's freedom. May their ideas and love for the country continue to inspire us.
Utthan Charitable Trust also paid respect to mothers of martyrs especially Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Raj Guru.
As we know numerous unsung heroines laid down their lives for the love of Bharat Mata. These brave women gave a fitting reply to the brute forces of the British. They served as an active and strong supportive force for the legendary freedom fighters that we all know of.

Women of Charitable Trust together celebrated International Women's Day at Dryp Lounge, Sector 8C, Chandigarh.
On this occasion, Founder Ms. Neelam Soni with President Ms. Anuradha Puri honored Chief Guest Ms. Shashi Gupta and Guest of Honor Ms. Vijay Laxmi Kumar, Mrs. Benu Rao, and Dr. Seema Garg with the trophy. Neelam Ji honoured all the body members by giving them awards appreciating their work and encouraging them by giving scarves to all the women who attended the program.

At the end of the program, President Ms. Anuradha Puri thanked Senior Vice President Ms. Rajni Jain and Ms. Satwinder Kaur, Trustee . Veena Arora, General Secretary Ms. Meenu Alawadhi Secretaries Ms. Tammana Kathuria and Ms. Gurjit Kaur, Marketing Head Ms. Abhi Deewan for their contribution to the organization.
