ଦେଶଜ ବୃକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରଜାତି ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ମାଟି ଓ ଜଳବାୟୁ ସହ ସହଜରେ ଖାପ ଖାଇଥାଏ। ଏହି ବୃକ୍ଷଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମାଟି ଓ ଜଳ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ସହ ପକ୍ଷୀ, କୀଟପତଙ୍ଗ ଓ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବନ୍ୟପ୍ରାଣୀଙ୍କୁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଓ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ଯୋଗାଇଥାଏ। ସେହିପରି ବନାଞ୍ଚଳ ଅଧିବାସୀଙ୍କ ଦୈନନ୍ଦିନ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଓ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ଔଷଧର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଶଜ ବୃକ୍ଷର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭୂମିକା ରହିଛି। ଏହା ଜଙ୍ଗଲର ଜୈବ ବିବିଧତା ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସହ ପରିବେଶର ସନ୍ତୁଳନ ବଜାୟ ରଖିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇଥାଏ।

At CAMPA Odisha, forest restoration goes beyond tree plantation. Our efforts focus on conserving and regenerating forests, restoring degraded landscapes, protecting biodiversity and wildlife habitats, and strengthening vital ecosystem services such as soil and water conservation.

We also support research, capacity building and community participation to strengthen long-term forest management. Through planned interventions and regular monitoring, we work towards ensuring that restoration efforts deliver lasting ecological benefits.

ବର୍ଷା ଜଳ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ ପାଇଁ କାମ୍ପା ପାଣ୍ଠି ସହାୟତାରେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଜଳାଶୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏହି କ୍ରମରେ ଅନୁଗୋଳ ବନଖଣ୍ଡର କଣିହା ଓ ବଳଙ୍ଗାରେ ଦୁଇଟି ଜଳାଶୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଛି।

ଏହି ଜଳାଶୟଗୁଡ଼ିକ ବର୍ଷା ଦିନରେ ଜଳ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣ କରି ବନ୍ୟଜନ୍ତୁଙ୍କ ଜଳ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପୂରଣ କରିବ। ଏଥିସହ ଭୂତଳ ଜଳସ୍ତର ବୃଦ୍ଧି, ମାଟିର ଆର୍ଦ୍ରତା ବଜାୟ ରଖିବା ଏବଂ ଜଙ୍ଗଲ ଓ ଜୈବବିବିଧତାର ସୁରକ୍ଷାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହା ସହାୟକ ହେବ।

At CAMPA Odisha, afforestation isn't just about planting trees; it's about empowering the people who nurture them. Across our state nurseries, local Vana Surakshya Samitis (VSS) and women's self-help groups take the lead in seed collection, sapling care, and nursery upkeep.

This grassroots model does more than restore green cover; it builds livelihoods, strengthens community ownership of forests, and ensures every sapling is raised with local knowledge and care. When forest-dependent communities become the custodians of afforestation, conservation becomes sustainable, inclusive, and truly rooted in the land.

ବର୍ଷା ଋତୁରେ ପ୍ରକୃତିର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସହ ଜଳ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଇ କାମ୍ପା ପାଣ୍ଠି ସହାୟତାରେ ରାଇରଙ୍ଗପୁର ବନଖଣ୍ଡରେ ଜଳାଶୟ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହି ଜଳାଶୟ ବର୍ଷା ଜଳ ସଂରକ୍ଷଣରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ।
