ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ବିକାଶରେ ଯୋଡ଼ି ହେଲା ଆଉ ଏକ ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣିମ ଅଧ୍ୟାୟ। ରାମେଶ୍ୱରରୁ ପାରାଦୀପ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୧୬୦ କିଲୋମିଟର ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ୪-ଲେନ୍ ନୂତନ କୋଷ୍ଟାଲ୍ ହାଇୱେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ମଞ୍ଜୁରି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛି ।

ମୋଟ୍ ୮,୩୦୧ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ସୁଦୀର୍ଘ ଗ୍ରୀନଫିଲ୍ଡ ହାଇୱେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଉପକୂଳ ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ, ପରିବହନକ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ କରିବା ସହ ଲଜିଷ୍ଟିକ୍ସ, ପର୍ଯ୍ୟଟନ, ବାଣିଜ୍ୟ ଓ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବିକାଶକୁ ନୂତନ ଗତି ଦେବ।

The 9-km-long NH-49 Bangiriposi Ghat of 4 Laning Project is being developed along the buffer zone of Similipal Tiger Reserve under the Mumbai–Kolkata Highway corridor to improve connectivity and road safety in the Mayurbhanj region.

The project features five elephant crossings and 14 animal underpasses to facilitate safe wildlife movement and enhance road safety along the ghat section.

Connecting the Heart of Mayurbhanj: The NH-49 Bangiriposi Ghat Project will strengthen seamless connectivity between Baripada, Kadambeda, Bisoi, Rairangpur, Jashipur and Karanjia.

Roads for Growth, Paths for Wildlife !

To promote sustainable infrastructure and protect biodiversity, 4 animal overpasses and 15 animal underpasses have been constructed across the Koraput and Nabarangpur stretch of the Raipur–Visakhapatnam Greenfield Economic Corridor.

These dedicated wildlife crossings enable the safe movement of animals while reducing habitat fragmentation, wildlife fatalities and human–animal conflict in forest regions.

Transforming Connectivity on NH-16, Bhubaneswar !

is expanding the Palasuni Bridge from four lanes to six lanes to improve traffic flow between Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. The 240 metre long two lane bridge expansion project is progressing steadily with 20% of the physical work already completed.

is developing modern wayside amenities along the Koraput–Nabarangpur stretch of the Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor. Petrol pumps, restaurants, toilets and traveller facilities will be developed at multiple locations. Construction has already started at several sites.
