The major issues concerning child labour are ;beggary ,industrial labour ,region specific labour ,child abuse ,psychological issues . Providing alternatives employment opportunities ( practical and cost effective ) to the families that need to send their kids to work became of insufficient income.
This may include session for the employer discouraging child labor .Child education More than 100 million children do not have access to school. UNAVAILABILITY OF BOOKS: Books are not easily accessible to children, There is a missing link that needs to be bridged. This issue is faced by many non profit organisations and it is
necessary for youth to concentration on this issue and come up with some sustainable solution. The idea of contributing oneself to the society or in fact repaying the society with what it has bestowed us is an urge that could not be trapped within for a long time. The bottled conscience gave rise to the Project, Education Project. NIRMALI LIBRARY is a Non-Governmental organisation providing free & high quality education to underprivileged children living in slums & villages near to Nirmali. The whole management of the organisation is handled by NIRMALI LIBRARY. In the year 2012, NIRMALI LIBRARY came into existence which now has grown into a concrete well planned activity. This program is inspired by the vision of ER.ANAND KISHOR to social needs and proving knowledge connectivity of rural India. Our target is to make the nearby area of NIRMALI 100% child literate and welfare zone. LIBRARY is organised in the back side area of the college campus, which is inhibited by Bihari small income families . These families have a lot of children. NIRMALI LIBRARY is an effort to provide a platform for integration of various socially conscious enterprises to help them work collaboratively towards their common goal of Business development, society development, village development, skill development. To achieve these objectives, Nirmali library organising social conferences. This is an attempt to promote cooperation, share experiences and avoid repetition of development efforts. It aims to inspire students to work towards social development and utilize the available technical resources for the betterment of the society. Students

Rural Tech Empowerment Program
Avian Aerospace Introduces the Rural Technology Empowerment Program (RTEP). The rural population has always been denied access to the technology and the people are unaware of what is happening in this fast growing world. This program is intended as a nonprofit venture of Avian Aerospace conducted through its training wing – Avian Workshops. The first trial program was conducted in Nirmali village, Bihar in association with Nirmali village panchayat, Nirmali public library with support of local media. The local students from Delhi public school, Nirmali and other schools participated in the one day workshop on rubber band powered ornithopter.
