राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता दिवस 24 दिसम्बर 2025 के अवसर पर आयोजित उपभोक्ता संरक्षण सप्ताह के अंतर्गत मारुति सेवा समिति उदयपुर द्वारा पंचायत समिति झाड़ोल में आयोजित ग्रामीण सेवा शिविर में बोलते हुए तहसीलदार श्री सीताराम बोलवत ने उपस्थित क्षेत्र के ग्रामीणों को अपने उपभोक्ता अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक रहते हुए आगे बढ़ने की सलाह दी ।इस अवसर पर मारुति सेवा समिति के उपाध्यक्ष महेश पोरवाल ने उपभोक्ता के अधिकार एवम कर्तव्यों के बारे में बताते हुए कहा किसी भी प्रकार कि अनियमता पाई जाने पर शिकायत अवश्य करनी चाहिए। संस्था अध्यक्ष प्रमोद झवर ने भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्य प्रणाली एवम् मानक चिन्हों की जानकारी प्रदान करते हुए बताया कि बी आई एस केयर ऐप के माध्यम से आई एस आई एवम हॉलमार्क के निशान की जांच की जा सकती हैं एवम किसी प्रकार कि अनियमितता पाई जाने पर शिकायत भी की जा सकती हैं। राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता दिवस की अवधारणा के संबंध में बताते हुए कहा कि उन्हें जागरूक होकर खरीददारी करनी चाहिए। कार्यक्रम के पूर्व बैंक अधिकारी हीरा लाल चौधरी ने साइबर अपराध एवं ओन लाइन खरीददारी में रखी जाने वाली सावधानियों के बारे में बताया उन्होंने बताया कि साइबर क्राइम की शिकायत हेल्प लाईन नम्बर 1930 पर करनी चाहिए।ग्रामीण सेवा शिविर में कृषि विभाग , वन विभाग, जनजाति विभाग ग्रामीण विकास एवम पंचायती राज विभाग, आयोजना विभाग,ऊर्जा विभाग महिला अधिकार विभाग शिक्षा विभाग, चिकित्सा विभाग, सामाजिक न्याय एवं सहकारिता विभाग,के अधिकारियों ने भी कार्यक्रम में भागीदारी निभाते हुए प्रश्नोत्तर के माध्यम से अपनी जिज्ञासा शांत की । कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय सरपंच श्रीमति आशा देवी वडेरा एवम् सहायक विकास अधिकारी श्री रिपुदमन सिंह भी उपस्थित थे । Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India
