The Institute started in the academic year 2003-2004 with the approval of AICTE, Government of NCT, Delhi and the Guru Gobind Singh Inderprasth Univeristy, Delhi. Hira Lal Mohan Devi Rita Gupta Memorial Trust has its aims and objectives to establish and promote educational establishments and other such charitable acts and deeds for the advancement of education and dissemenation of knowledge. rust has made all efforts to create state of the art educational facilities such as well designed & ventilated class rooms, laboratories, computer and library. The infra structural facilities not only provide for existing strength of students in five engineering disciplines but also for future expansions and addition of courses in the field of Technology and Management.
