The celebration commenced with an opening address from Vishwa yuvak kenda Mr Rakesh ji and Team .
India is calling youth foundation Team Mrs Sunita Singh , Rashi Timsi, and Karishma who emphasized the importance of menstrual hygiene and its impact on the health and well-being of individuals and communities. This was followed by an engaging presentation from our esteemed guest speaker, Mr. Niraj Gera from the Humanify Organization.

Following the presentation, an interactive QA session allowed attendees to engage directly with Mr. Gera. Participants expressed their thoughts and asked questions about implementing effective menstrual hygiene practices in their communities. The discussion fostered a collaborative atmosphere, encouraging attendees to share their experiences and ideas.
The event concluded with a call to action, urging everyone present to take the knowledge gained and apply it within their communities. Attendees were encouraged to advocate for better menstrual hygiene practices and to support initiatives that aim to educate others.
The celebration of Menstrual Hygiene Day served as a powerful reminder of the importance of breaking the silence surrounding menstruation and promoting a culture of openness and support.
