A 25 yrs old pt with primary infertility with Bilateral PCOD.Failed ovulation induction.Did Lap. Unexpectedly found lot of Adhesions .Omentum and Caecum to ant abd wall in RIF, Sigmoid ,uterus and Bladder on Left side ,both ovaries adh to lat pelvic wall .Gently seperated ovaries and ovarian drilling done. There is no h/o previous surgeries. omentum and endometrial biopsies taken and send for HPE.

Dermoid cyst complicating pregnancy.Pt is primi diagnosed as having dermoid cyst of size 5.6x 4.6 cm at 2MA ,the cyst gradually increasing in size and attained 8x6 cm size.CA 125 is normal.Luckily pt had no symptoms.Did elective lscs ,delivered alive Male child ,ovarian cystectomy also done and specimen send for HPE.

A different case.Pt aged 40yrs came with c/o Dysmenorrhoa and Menorrhagia diagnosed as having Adenomyosis with lt ovarian cyst .She is p2 with H/o One C/s , TLH done. Sigmoid is very much adherent to ant abd wall, Ut ,and to the lt ovarian cyst. Seperated sigmoid gently with sharp and neat disscection and did TLH Successfully.
