Builder NCLT मध्ये गेला तर Home Buyer चे पैसे आणि घर दोन्ही अडकतात का?

पूर्वी IBC मध्ये Home Buyers साठी कोणतीही स्वतंत्र category नव्हती. त्यामुळे बँका आणि इतर creditors निर्णय घेत असत, पण ज्यांनी घरासाठी पैसे भरले ते Home Buyers मात्र प्रक्रियेच्या बाहेर राहत.

मात्र Supreme Court च्या महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णयांनंतर Home Buyers ना Financial Creditor म्हणून मान्यता मिळाली आणि त्यांना निर्णय प्रक्रियेत स्थान मिळालं.
