Today I did Renewal of my home agreement, I paid to my broker Rs.3500/- for Registration Fees... my owner also gave Rs.3500/- to him, so total for registration of a house rent agreement Registration we paid Rs.7000/-, Brokerage is a separate cost. When I asked him that is it a real cost taken by Rent Agreement Board, he said these people come from morning 7 to office, so they should get something extra for that... I did full procedure and thought that is it really correct thing to pay so much of amount?? Then I decided that we have to do something for this, and I started with this Group...
