Some of the biggest fire hazards in commercial buildings aren’t always obvious. They’re the small issues that get overlooked until inspection time. 🔥🔍

From obstructed sprinkler heads that affect water flow, to malfunctioning alarm systems showing supervisory or trouble signals, to expired extinguishers that may not work when needed, these are all issues our technicians regularly find during inspections.👀

The reality is, small oversights can quickly turn into larger safety and compliance problems if they go unchecked. That’s why routine fire inspections are critical for keeping buildings protected, compliant, and prepared. We can schedule your inspection, maintenance, or repairs and make sure your fire protection is fully ready when it counts.📖 Check out our blog for a deeper breakdown of common commercial fire hazards.📞 Call 801-281-0746 or visit www.certifiedfire.com

Would your system pass inspection? 👀
Fire pump systems are a critical part of keeping your building’s fire protection working properly. Especially in larger buildings, apartments, and commercial properties. But a lot of systems don’t get checked until something gets flagged during an inspection.
Staying ahead of testing and maintenance helps catch issues early and keeps your building compliant.

Leak discovered during a fire pump test 👀
During routine testing, issues like this can show up unexpectedly — and they can directly impact system performance, compliance, and overall fire protection reliability.
Situations like this are why regular inspections and testing are critical for identifying problems before they become larger failures.

💬 What would you do in this situation — repair it immediately or document it for follow-up?

Testing the Riptide PRV during a fire pump test setup 🔧
This type of equipment is used to help control and manage flow during testing, especially when working in conditions where water discharge needs to be safely contained and measured. It’s commonly used in apartments, high-rise buildings, and larger commercial properties where fire pump systems play a critical role in overall fire protection and compliance.🏢
Getting hands-on with tools like this helps ensure accurate testing, system performance, and compliance in the field. ✅
Solid to get this one out on a job site and see it in action.
❓ What do you use for fire pump testing? 🔍

We're proud and excited to announce April's Employee of the Month, Chase Streeter! 💪
Chase has been the definition of a team player since he joined our team. He has made a full-on display of the characteristics we're looking for. He's humble, he problem solves, and he works hard. Everything we look for here at Certified.
Chase was given the task to run the Underground Department, and he's put an incredible amount of effort into it; and it shows. Underground had a great bounce back of a month, with the huge amount of focus and help from Chase.🔥
Chase, thanks for all you do, all of the effort you put into your team, and the care you give to our customers! Congratulations!⭐
