When the targeted task completed then they jingle you for money. Owner Mr. Ratra has the attitude of royalty is every lower businessperson concerned with then should bow down and listened his order as previous king demand with his citizens. He does not solve the problem, not hearing capacity to other like what other is demanding to say to resolve. One of the beautiful statement comes from the management of steriware, Mr. Surender Sir said “Aap ki company ka malik koi pradhanmantri hai kya jo payment nikalwa lega, payment pyar se hi niklega sahab se” we replied “aap ka sahab koi president hai kya jo payment na kare.”

Respected Sir / Madam,
I purchased the KELVNATOR W/M 8 KG – A800, from JAI MAA ELECTRONICS ON Date : 11/5/2022 which
INVOICE No. – 257.
Today I got problem in my dryer system it was not functioning. I called to JAI MAA ELECTRONICS for
complaint. He asked for invoice copy via whatsapp which we send him after some time we received call from
your service center of service request no. 8070746337. He asked for payment against service. I asked,” it is
under warranty of 5 years so why I should pay for service?” He behaved arrogantly with us by asking simple
this question. Now may I know about your warranty system is only for making fool to your customer or your
service system is worst to work. Another thing which make me curious to know who is responsible in your
this supply chain to take the responsibility of your product against the end user, because service center ask
for money against visit or service and seller stand his / her both hand by keeping the word I do not know it is
company matter, you just complaint to company.
Most important I want to know about your action with solution against my complaint.
I hope you are sufficient intelligent to understand the problem of taking responsibility of your valuable selling
product which stand your future.
