🩸 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 🩸

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp was successfully conducted at 31st Battalion ITBP, Yupia, under the theme:

"One Drop of Humanity, Give Blood, Save Lives."

We are proud to share that 39 units of blood were collected during the camp. Our teams were divided into two, first being the R.K Mission Medical Team at Conference Hall of Heema Hospital. The second team was led by the TRIHMS Medical Team and our volunteers, this marked the second blood donation drive held in the camp reflecting our continued commitment to saving lives through voluntary blood donation.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to the brave jawans of 31st BN ITBP, whose enthusiastic participation demonstrated that service to humanity extends far beyond the call of duty.

Every unit donated is a gift of hope and a chance at life for someone in need. Together, we continue to strengthen the culture of voluntary blood donation and inspire others to make a difference.

We are proud to organize a voluntary blood donation camp with Heema Hospital in collaboration with R.K. Mission Hospital on this auspicious day that the world celebrates as the World Blood Donor Day.

Our first team was led by the R.K. Mission Blood Collection Team:-

Units of Blood Collected :- 80 approximately.
No. Of Participants:- 156 Individuals.
Venue:- Conference Hall, Heema Hospital.

Today we have organised a voluntary blood donation with the K Blooming Early Intervention and Learning Centre in collaboration with Ayang Multi Purpose Cooperative Society Ltd at R.K Mission Auditorium, Itanagar.

Aimed at creating awareness on neurodiversity and acceptance of neurodivergent individuals in our circle of life, we have received a very warm and enthusiastic response from the team of K blooming.

How often do we come across people with neurodiversity ? It may not seem as often but many a times we may miss simple cues which may be as simple as slow learning in children, different communication patterns or styles, hyperactivity, experiencing sensory sensitivities, etc. due to our lack of awareness on the subject matter.

We humans have a nature to stigmatise or isolate those who are different from us. We must understand that neurodiversity is a spectrum, where people’s brain processes information and their behaviour is different than what is perceived’typical’. They are not less than , they just need an extra pair of hands to guide them. Which is why early intervention becomes pivotal in helping them navigate the world a little more comfortably and for their loved ones to be able to communicate effectively.

Next time we meet a neurodivergent, let us treat them with more compassion. Lets listen, understand and include. There is no single correct way for a brain to function. Every brain blooms differently. The Arunachal Life Saving Foundation sincerely thanks the team of K Blooming for this life saving opportunity to create a positive change in our society.

The youth of Arunachal Pradesh have decided to shape the future by their own hands.

Date:- 04/05/2026.
Venue:- Auditorium of Dera Natung Government College, Itanagar.

In collaboration with the NSS, NCC and Student Union Body, we have jointly organised a voluntary blood donation drive at the college premises of DN.

They say that leaders are those who listen and set an example through their actions. The esteemed Principal of DNGC, Mr. M.Q. Khan has not only encouraged the students to focus on their studies but also to contribute towards social causes. He specified the importance of voluntary blood donation and its awareness among the youth in his speech following which he announced that starting from the new session, Blood Donation Camp will be added as a calendar event every year into the college’s curriculum. We are beyond grateful and proud of this new initiative as we witness history being recorded.

We are truly thankful to the TRIHMS Team for supporting us, and also to all the students as we gathered 52 units of blood, signifying the strength of youth and marking new beginnings for many.

A weekend filled with productivity 🍀🍀

We have finally completed the plantation of plants and flowers 🌷🌷 which were previously donated by the former President of Kishan Murcha Papum Pare Unit in Chimpu Cremation cm Burial ground alongside Mr Dorjee Khandu Dingla, a retired Range Forest Officer. We are truly delighted and blessed to share and gain this experience with you🙏🏻
