7th October 2026: The 71st MC Meeting of Keirao CLF marked an important achievement with the formation of the Keirao GRC Steering Committee, bringing the total to 5 GRCs in Imphal East and achieving district-wide saturation.

The journey continues. Our next priorities are to strengthen GRCs, improve case management, and establish dedicated physical GRC offices for better access, support, and services.

7th October 2026: Today, the Manipur State Rural Livelihoods Mission - MSRLM and district staff, along with SHG members, came together to participate in the Seva Jyoti Program at the historic Kangla Fort, Imphal, as part of the ongoing Seva Sankalp Abhiyan.

A meaningful day of unity, service, and collective commitment towards building stronger communities.

5th October 2026: The 5th Annual General Body Meeting of Keirao Women Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. (WOMUCOS), Keirao Cluster, Keirao Block, was successfully held today at Tharoijam Community Hall, Imphal East.

The programme was graced by the District Cooperative Officer, ARCS, bankers, and officials and staff of MSRLM from the State, District and Block levels.

The AGM reviewed and approved key agendas, including the Annual Report 2025–26, Audit Report, and Annual Action Plan & Business Development Plan for 2026–27.

The meeting also reaffirmed the collective commitment towards governance, strengthening thrift and credit, livelihoods promotion, financial management and social development.

It was a delightful moment when our own Trainee MD ARIF HUSSAIN who passout from DDU-GKY Scheme in Aviation Sector from Infovalley Educational Research Pvt Ltd Guwahati is selected at Air India Express as Ground Staff and posted at One of his friend and batch mate is also selected as Ground Staff and posted at Goa Airport.

Shri Kh Bobby Singh, COO-SKILLS DDU-GKY couldn't recognize him, as he has changed a lot, but Arif introduced himself and they had a short conversation before boarding the plane, where COO-SKILLS was Travelling to Shillong via Guwahati for Workshop on new Unified MIS portal for DDU-GKY 2.0

As a Mentor and Guardian of DDU-GKY boys and Girls from Manipur, we have immense pleasure and believe our efforts are showing positive results in shaping someone's career in life.

3rd October 2026: The 5th Annual General Body Meeting of Kanglei Heeyai CLF, promoted by Manipur State Rural Livelihoods Mission - MSRLM, was successfully held at Sawombung, Imphal East.

The event was graced by Shri Khongbantabam Ibomcha, Hon’ble MLA, Lamlai AC, in the presence of officials from MSRLM, representatives from UCO Bank and MRB Bank, A. Jamini – ZP, Tellou, Chana & Seijang, and M. Ningthem, Chairperson, Takhel GP.

The meeting witnessed enthusiastic participation from 521 members, making it a meaningful gathering focused on community participation, empowerment, and collective progress.

3rd October 2026: Ujala Farmer Producer Group (FPG) was successfully formed today at Sonapur Part-I, under Sona VLF, BMMU Jiribam Block, MSRLM.

The FPG members unanimously selected their office bearers:
🔹 President: Rabiya Begum
🔹 Secretary: Abeda Begum
🔹 Treasurer: Resma Khan
🔹 Office Bearer-I: Rubina Begum
🔹 Office Bearer-II: Rejona Begum

Focus Area: Poultry Farming
The FPG aims to promote collective livelihood opportunities, entrepreneurship, and sustainable income generation among its members through poultry farming.

The formation programme was attended by Ward Members, Local Leaders, CFs, Krishi Sakhi, MSRLM Officials, IFC Block Anchor, Senior CRPs, and well-wishers.

2nd October 2026: On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the spirit of community participation came alive across various districts under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. MSRLM staff, SHGs, and VLFs came together to contribute towards cleaner, greener, and healthier communities through collective action.

As part of the observance, Cleanliness Drives, Tree Plantation activities, and Foot Marches were organised with active participation from community members. These initiatives not only promoted cleanliness and environmental responsibility but also strengthened the spirit of volunteerism, unity, and shared responsibility among communities.

The collective efforts of our staff, SHGs, VLFs, and community members reflect the power of people coming together for a common cause. Together, let us continue to build cleaner, greener, and more empowered communities.

2nd October 2026: Today, Special Gram Sabhas and community mobilisations came alive across Jiribam, Kakching, Bishnupur, Ukhrul, Imphal East, Tengnoupal, and Imphal West.

With enthusiastic participation from local communities, SHGs, and VLFs, the gatherings became a celebration of people’s participation, collective strength, and grassroots leadership.

Across various areas, the felicitation of Lakhpati Didis under MSRLM was a proud and inspiring moment, recognising the achievements of women whose determination, enterprise, and collective efforts are helping build stronger, more empowered, and resilient communities.

When communities unite, voices become stronger, participation becomes meaningful, and progress reaches every household.

1 October 2026: Moments from Seva Sankalp Abhiyan 2026 observed across various districts today.

1. : Riverbank cleanliness drive organised under DMMU Chandel, MSRLM.

2. : MSRLM staff and SHGs participated at the Seva Setu Abhiyan at Thoubal DC Complex, where SHG members and groups received ₹51 lakh in loan sanctions from CBI Thoubal.

3. : Around 200 members of Phidam Women Multipurpose Co-operative Society Ltd. joined a foot march to Eco Park, Thaoroijam, promoting awareness and access to welfare schemes and development initiatives.

Together for cleaner communities, empowered women and inclusive development.
