Krayons While unconventionality is our USP, our resolve to make a difference in the lives of children living in rural areas is unwavering.

An initiative of four alumni members of The Shri Ram School, New Delhi, Krayons (originally Krayons for Kargil) is an organization that looks at development and education through a creative kaleidoscope. Our vision stems from bridging the gap between the privileged and underprivileged with a spectrum of events & collaborations that see the coming together of educators, artists, students and well-w

ishers across all walks of life; raising awareness about the greatest impediment of our country: Lack of quality education. Krayons harbours the dream of colouring the lives of every child, one community at a time.

OPEN CALL : Deadline 11.59pm IST, 1st August, 2017.
Krayons is excited to announce a call for entries for an art exhibition. We are looking for submissions in the following categories:
1. Painting

2. Drawing

3. Photography (Prints only)

4. Mixed Media

To be eligible to apply, you must be a student/alumni of the Shri Ram School Moulsari, Aravali or Vasant Vihar. Email your entries to [email protected] with the subject ‘Open Call’. Each entry should be labeled firstnamelastname_entrynumber.jpg (eg. JaneDoe_01.jpg) and the image of the work should not exceed 5mb each. Don’t forget to include the following in your email:
· Full Name.

· Age.

· Number of Entries.

· About the works (optional)

· Labels for each entry in the following format:

01. Title

Dimensions

Medium

Year

If your entry is selected, you will be notified through email with the specifications on collection of artworks. Selected artists will receive a certificate of contribution towards the cause. Please note that once you submit an artwork, it will not be returned to you.

Hey, guys! Thank you all for coming yesterday! We got an overwhelming 1200 people attending the event through the day! We really hope you had as wonderful a time as we did and we hope to see you all very soon! Details of the progress at Sankoo Public School will be released regularly so you know how those kids are doing! Thanks again from the KFK Team and the children at Sankoo!
