Pitts Modern School, Gomia is a non-government aided educational institution with more than 40 glorious years of imparting education under its belt. The school, only one of 22 in the country which are PERMANENTLY affiliated to CBSE, is run by the Gomia School Society, which comes under the aegis of Indian Explosives Limited, Gomia Works. It is a higher secondary school with science, arts and commerce streams in the +2 level.
